STEP 1 : Get your free DIX membership

Firstly please JOIN US as one of our DIX-Store member at here for free. So that you can access your order form and send us a request. With our chat box at bottom right you will enjoy our one-to-one and full after sales service.

Please reminded that the email can not be changed once registered.

You could also contact us directly with the chat box and we will get back to you ASAP. Yet you won't be able to enjoy our full after sales services.

STEP 2 : Find within the Market places we can reach

STEP 4 : Make your payment and get news of your package

Once you accept our quotation through the email received, a payment request email will be sent to you. Please confirm once more for the amount along with the payment content, and settle your payment. After all the fee including the product and shipping cost etc. is paid, we will ship the package to you. For the fee calculation and schedule please visit here.

To avoid the product sold out after payment is settled, please settle the payment as soon as the payment request email received.

Please be reminded:

Excluding few countries, we only accept credit card payment.

There might be some additional fees added in the final payment request (including the seller changes the price, bidding price got higher, transportation fee changes, etc.). We will list out in the payment request.

In case of sold out after the payment settle, we will notice you ASAP by email, and process the refund in 3 working days.

STEP 3 : Send us the request in your membership page

Found your "Proxy Order Form" in your membership page. With product link, and basic information like model name, number, and photo provided in the form, we will get back to you via messengers & email (We will use WhatsApp for messages only if you provide your phone number) with order with quotation and necessary payment information.

Please be reminded :

Before you fill the order form or buy the product, please check the prohibited item for importing to your country. We will also assist to advise the restriction of sending out products out of Japan.

Once the request is accepted and we have started our service, we will not accept any changes of the order or the product, nor cancel the order and refund. Please make sure your information filled in is correct. feel free to contact us for further information.

Fee calculation

Your final price of a product through our proxy service consist of 3 parts :
( Product price ) + ( Service fee ) + ( International shipping charge )

* There also some extra fees might be added to the final price *

( Local tax / consumption tax ) + ( Local shipping charge )

** Storage fee will also be charged after the final price periodically if storage service is needed **

PART 1 : Product price

Product price refers to the link and data provided in the form submitted. It will be converted to the other currency with the weekly average exchange rate at the timing of purchase.

When the product is in bidding, the price will be the auction transaction price.

PART 4 : Storage fee for packaged shipping

We provide a service of packaged shipping by store your purchased product and shipping to you in one go package within a certain period and weight requested and agreed in advance. The shipping out policy counts weight first and then the storage days. Fee will be charge once the request is agreed and the current storage period has reached the range.

Within 14 days upon product arrived to our address = Free

Every 30 days storage = 1000 yen on market rate

E.g. In condition of maximum 10 kg storage and maximum 30 days are agreed. When the weight is reach 10 kg before 14 days reached, the package will be shipped out and the storage fee is free. When the storage day reached 30 days before the 10 kg condition reached, the package will also be shipped out with storage fee 1000 yen added without advance notice of storage extension.

Total price of proxy service

PART 3 : Shipping fee

Shipping fee will be charged before we post out your package of the product. We will use Japan Post as our default shipping service. The maximum size and weight of a single package is 30 kg and overall size

((Short edge A + Short edge B) X 2 + Long edge)

within 3m with no longer than 1.5m on any side.

Japan Post Postal fee schedule + 300 yen package material and handling fee = Postal fee for each package
