How to Place an Order?Select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout where you will enter your shipping and payment information. You maybe asked to join the free membership before proceed to checkout.

Which Payment Methods are Acceptable?We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets. FPS, bank transfer, and other digital payment systems are accepted also in Hong Kong and Japan.

Changing or Canceling an Order?Please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes or cancellations.

My order is a gift... do you include price information on your packing slips?Don't worry, we never include the price on any of the packages that we ship out!

Hey, I just placed my order and I forgot to include a gift note. Is it too late?Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you meant to include a note, and if it hasn't shipped yet we'll make sure it is included.

I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things: • Your order was never actually placed and processed. • You have entered an incorrect email address with your order If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. Who pays for international import taxes?International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Atelier DIX has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Atelier DIX has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Atelier DIX is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

What's the fastest you can ship?We're proud of our super speedy shipping! Even during the busy holiday season, we usually shipping orders within 1-2 days unless mentioned in each of our product page or agreed shipping method by request in Proxy Service. If you have a gifting emergency on your hands and place your order before noon, then reply to your order confirmation right away to let us know you're in A BIG RUSH, we can sometimes even ship same day. Shipping Options and Delivery Times?Standard (air or surface), express options are available. By default we will use Japan Post Standard shipping. Depends on the destination, Express (EMS) delivery times vary from 3-5 business days. Standard air delivery times vary from 5-14 business days while Standard surface delivery times can vary from 1-3 months.

How to Track Your Order?Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and you can track your order via the postal service provider's official web site.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Conditions.Shipping costs vary based on weight and destination. Shipping fee will be calculated and added in checkout page. Free shipping is available for the shipping destination which is Hong Kong, Mainland China, South Korea, Taiwan or Japan with the order weight under 2 kg. Or a one-time checkout order over $50(USD) in total.

My package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We guarantee that we will mail your package to the address you provide to us, on the date you've selected during checkout (or within days mentioned if you do not select any date). We mail with tracking number so that you can always track your package progress to its final destination with that number in the post office web site. Once the package is in transit, we are no longer in control of it. Occasionally Japan post and the local post office experiences delays, especially around major holidays. We are not responsible for these delays.

What happens to returned packages?If the address provided to us is invalid or inaccurate, Post office will return the package to us. We make every effort to validate all addresses we mail to, however the customer bears the responsibility of providing a correct shipping address. Packages typically take anywhere from one week to one month or more to be returned to our warehouse. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of some of our products, we might not able to resend packages or extra postal fee will be charge for the resend. Sometimes coupon will be issue to you if you'd like to try to resend (perhaps to an updated address, etc).

Can I have my business card or a special handwritten card placed inside a package?Definitely! We love to help you add a personal touch to your package, and there is no fee for making this happen. Email us at info@atelierdix.com atelierdix.info@gmail.com or to discuss how this works.

What is Return Policy?Return policy applies depends on the products. Please find out more in each product page. Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase (payment settled) for the items in new condition confirmed by our staffs and with a valid reason for example like defective goods received, etc.

How to Initiate a Return?To initiate a return, please fill out the online return form located on our website within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that all shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Where is my refund?Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
